The hotel was beautiful, had pleasant views and favourable location just next door to hospitals and to town, cafes and Reef terminal or shopping centre. Having central heating, pay TV, and a microwave oven in my good sized and well laid out room was really great.

The spacious, clean room and large, well-equipped bathroom in this newer, well-maintained complex were impressive. The helpful and welcoming staff provided exceptional service, treating us like family and attending to our luggage. The apartment, with its warm morning greetings and fantastic pool, was well-equipped for a comfortable stay. The convenient location, though not walkable to the CBD, offered ample on-street parking. A free-standing bath and laundry facilities added convenience to this pleasant and comfortable accommodation.

I had a lovely modern and spacious apartment. 201 Lake Street is not right in the middle of things but an easy 10 - 15 minute stroll to get to the shops, bars and restaurants.

Oh, how I adored the extra-terrestrial activities in Cardwell! Truly a highlight of my stay.

We liked the quiet location but would have preferred a room on an upper floor for the sake of the view. The managers seemed to have thought of most contingencies and even had umbrellas for our use when required. The rooms were spacious and well appointed; proximity to the bus stop came in very handy!

There was very little that we did not enjoy or appreciate about this accommodation.

Comfortable stay with spacious rooms and helpful staff. Nice property close to the city, easily accessible via a short walk or affordable Uber ride. The pool was a great amenity. Despite minor maintenance issues, had a pleasant experience overall. Definitely recommend this accommodation. a great value for the money.

the apartment was not serviced which surprised us and also they charge for amenities after you use one shampoo and body wash, there were 3 of us and they gave only one amenity and wanted us to pay for the rest.....also the tours they recommended was awfule, we will not stay here again, better places on the esplanade!

I recently stayed at a hotel in Cairns and I must say, it was fantastic value for the price. The room was beautiful and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was great and the big lounge room offered a nice view over Cairns. Plus, the staff were exceptionally friendly and informative, making our stay even better.

One small improvement that could be made is the morning meal. It would have been nice to have a bit more variety and options to choose from.

We liked the location, the layout of the rooms, the privacy and the big bath was the best.
